Cambridge IGCSE October/November 2026 timetable — the series runs 28 September to 13 November 2026.
Two kinds of student sit Biology in October — this page is for both
Whether June's result wasn't what you worked for, or October is your first attempt, the job is the same: cover 21 topics and learn to write what the examiner is paid to tick.
Retaking after the June 2026 results?
- You knew the biology but the marks didn't come — the answers were "right" but not in mark-scheme words
- Paper 4's long-answer questions and the "explain" / "suggest" commands cost you the most
- Paper 6 felt like guesswork — drawing, tables, variables and evaluation marks slipped away
- You have ~8 weeks and no school lessons this time — you need a structure, not more notes
Sitting Biology for the first time in Oct/Nov?
- Your school finished the syllabus fast (or not at all) and you're patching gaps yourself
- You're a private candidate and want a teacher on WhatsApp, not just PDFs
- You want the 2026–2028 syllabus taught as it is examined — including the new content
- You want past papers solved for the marks — not a bare mark scheme
The 8-week revision plan: 19 August → Paper 4 on 16 October

Retaking IGCSE Biology in November? Three things to know

See how a topic is revised before you pay
Watch one full lesson, skim its notes, sit the quiz and see a Paper 4 question solved for the marks — the same loop you'll repeat for all 21 topics.

"Past-paper solutions showed exactly how to phrase long answers. My teacher noticed the improvement immediately — an A in the May/June session."
"WhatsApp replies were fast and specific. The videos saved me the night before the Paper 4 final — many thanks."
"After trying many websites, I found ChemBio on YouTube — it helped my son a lot with biology. The notes are straightforward and the videos explain everything in detail. WhatsApp assistance made him feel supported. He ended up scoring an A* in IGCSE Biology."

"I used to forget concepts quickly. The flashcards and quizzes helped me remember the keywords of biology. I now feel confident walking into any IGCSE Biology exam."

"The written answers were much clearer than the normal mark scheme. I liked that the videos showed the exact way to build the answer, especially for long Biology questions."
"I used to waste so much time scrolling through mark schemes and still not understand the answer. The videos helped me solve along with the teacher and finally see why each mark was given."

"I have scored a full grade in each exam. Your teaching and resources were the main reasons."
"My answers were featured in the examiner's report."
"Selecting your online courses was the best decision I've made."

October/November 2026 — FAQs
Is 8 weeks enough to revise the whole IGCSE Biology syllabus?
Yes, if you follow a plan and practise papers. The schedule above covers all 21 topics in six weeks at roughly one lesson a day, then gives two full weeks to timed Paper 4 and Paper 6 practice. If you have less time, start at the topics that cost you marks in June and skip the ones you're already scoring full marks on.
Is the October/November paper harder than June?
No — same syllabus, same paper structure, same grade descriptors. Grade thresholds move slightly each session because the cohort is smaller and different, not because the paper is written to be harder. Prepare exactly as you would for June.
I'm retaking after June 2026 — will this cover the same syllabus?
Yes. Both June 2026 and Oct/Nov 2026 examine the Cambridge 2026–2028 syllabus (0610 A*–G / 0970 9–1; identical content). Everything you learned still counts — this course teaches you to write it in the words the mark scheme rewards.
Is this live or recorded? Can I start today?
Recorded, so you start the moment your email arrives (under five minutes after payment) and revise at any hour in any time zone. WhatsApp support from Mr. Hosni is live — send a question or a solved paper and get a personal reply.
What if I don't sit in November after all?
Your access lasts two years from purchase, so the same course carries you into the June 2027 series with nothing extra to pay.
