Chem-Bio.info ("we", "us") is an educational website operated by Hosni Showike, based in Kuwait, providing IGCSE and Edexcel IAL Biology and Chemistry courses, eBooks, solved past papers and live classes. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to chem-bio.info and membership.chem-bio.info.

- Account details: name, email address and password when you create an account on our membership site.
- Order details: name, email address, country and the products you purchase.

- Class registration details: name, email and phone number when you register for live classes.

- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. Payment information
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, which may include PayPal, Lemon Squeezy (acting as merchant of record for certain products) and our card payment processors. When you pay, your payment details are provided directly to the payment provider, whose own privacy policy applies to that transaction. We receive only confirmation of payment and basic order information (such as your name, email and the product purchased).
