Refund Policy

Chem-Bio.info sells digital educational products — eBooks, solved past papers, online courses and live classes — which are delivered instantly or by scheduled access. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once it has been viewed or downloaded, the following policy applies to all purchases. Please read it before buying; free samples of our materials are available on the site so you can check quality and suitability before purchasing.

1. Digital products (eBooks, solved past papers, courses)

• By purchasing, you agree that access to your digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that once you access, stream or download any part of it, your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable) ends and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
• If you have not accessed or downloaded any of the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Refunds we will always honour

• Duplicate purchase: if you are charged twice or accidentally buy the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate in full.
• Non-delivery: if you do not receive access and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours of you contacting us, we will refund you in full.
• Wrong product: if you purchased the wrong item (e.g. the wrong subject or level) and have not accessed it, we will exchange it or refund it within 7 days of purchase.

3. Technical issues

If you experience any technical problem — a broken link, a file that will not open, or videos that will not play — contact us first and we will fix it, usually within 24 hours. Technical issues that we resolve are not grounds for a refund; unresolvable technical issues are refunded in full.

4. Live classes

Live class fees are refundable up until the first class you attend. Once you have attended a class, fees for that course are non-refundable, though you may contact us about transferring to a different course or term.

5. What is not refundable

• Content that has been accessed, streamed or downloaded (in whole or in part).
• Change of mind after accessing materials, including after your examinations have taken place.
• Dissatisfaction with an exam result. Our materials support your revision, but grades depend on many factors and no specific result is guaranteed.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@chem-bio.info with your order number and the email address used at purchase. We review all requests and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For products sold through a merchant of record (such as Lemon Squeezy), refunds are processed by that platform in line with this policy and its terms.
